Bean Soup with Star-shaped Pasta
Ingredients: ½ kg beans, 2 onions, 1 bunch of leafy greens for soup, 2 tbsp of oil, 2 cloves of garlic, salt (to taste), pepper (to taste), ground red paprika (for decoration), egg-free star shaped pasta
Preparation: Soak the beans overnight. Heat the oil to medium and lightly fry the finely sliced onions, garlic, and chopped leafy greens. Add the beans and pour 1 ½ l of water. Simmer on low heat until the beans are cooked. Add the star-shaped pasta and wait until it’s cooked. Decorate with ground red paprika and parsley.
