Caramelized Baby Carrots with Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients: ½ kg Brussels sprouts, 1 bunch of baby carrots
Preparation: Wash the baby carrots and Brussels sprouts, and cook in lightly salted water until soft but not done. Use the oil from your baked seitan loaf to caramelize the Brussels sprouts and carrots, slowly adding the water which was used for cooking the vegetables. Decorate with chopped parsley and chilli.
