Subject: Thank-you note of the Animal Friends organization to the Minister due to his intervention for Lippizaner horses
Dear Mr. Cobankovic,
On behalf of Animal Friends organization I want to thank you for your intervention for Lipizzaner horses and their return to Croatia. Although we all know that it should have happened much earlier, we would like to express our pleasure in the fact that the horses will now have necessary care.
We would also like to take this opportunity and thank you once again for your acceptance of our suggestions concerning creation of the Animal Protection Act and your personal intervention for best possible legal regulations regarding animal rights, and we hope you're aware that this is only the beginning of necessary changes and that laws and regulations should not remain just a dead letter on the paper.
