Procedure in Case the Veterinary Inspector does not React to the Submitted Report
If the veterinary inspector does not react to the report he received and does not come out to inspect the case, and does not respond to your submission (report, complaint), you can send your report to the department chief of the veterinary office that has jurisdiction in your area, with the note saying that you previously submitted a report to the veterinary officer in charge from his office, and make sure you request a written response.

If the Veterinary inspection office does not respond, you can send a failure to respond to complaints letter, and an application to initiate the proceedings due to the violation of official duty of the veterinary inspector to the Minister of agriculture, Mr. Tihomir Jakovina:
